Students at Amity Middle School in Orange raised over $800 selling items to benefit Central American students and families through the Pulsera Project, a fundraiser facilitated by an advisory group led by Stephanie Sanchez, an eighth grade Spanish teacher. Artisans from Guatemala and Nicaragua sent handmade bracelets and cross-body bags to be sold to help provide education, clean water and housing to the people in those countries.
