The Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate Foundation will hold a Polar Bear Day Blood Drive in conjunction with the American Red Cross on Thursday, Feb. 27.
The blood drive will take place from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at St. Agnes Church, located at 400 Merwin Ave. in Milford.
The Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate Foundation is a Milford-based nonprofit that supports people with epilepsy and educates about the disease. International Polar Bear Day was created by conservation group Polar Bears International to bring greater awareness to the bears and their habitat across the Arctic.
