5 diced granny smith apples
5 stalks of celery, sliced thin
1 cup red grapes, cut in half
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Bib lettuce to serve on
Grill the chicken breast. Pull apart. Toss with diced apple, sliced celery, grape halves and chopped walnuts. In a separate bowl, create a dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice. Combine dressing with the chicken and apple mixture. Chill and serve on bib lettuce leaf.
