The Downtown Milford Business Association is once again hosting their annual Hall-O-Weekend Fall Festival with an expanded roster of activities.
This year’s event takes place on the Milford Green on Friday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The weekend begins with a screening of the film Hocus Pocus on the green at on Friday. Pre-registration is required. The event continues on Saturday with a not-so-scary story time, spooky yoga and kids activities, a costume parade and trick-or-treating through participating businesses. There will be a hay maze for little ones, as well as scarecrows created by local families and businesses festooning the streets.
Families also have the option to pre-register for a family photo taken by AG Productions for $25.
“We’re so happy to bring this free event back in full this year,” said DMBA President Tracy Bonowsconi. “We love being able to create memories for families in our charming New England town – and all of our member businesses help make it happen.”
Trick-or-treat stops include Aricuolo’s, Atomic Kid Studios, Cafe Atlantique, Canvas Patch, Frosty Twist, Hawkwood Game Cafe, GCA (on the Green), Inside Living Style, Key Realty, Lovet Shop, Makeup Makeup, Milford Pharmacy, Milford Photo, Nate’s Plates, Scratch Baking, SketchBook Studio, Static Era Records and Whispers.
