Dream Vacations Quinn Panzer Travel in Milford and Holland America Line® recently hosted a Cruise Night at La Famiglia Vincenzo, 1573 Boston Post Rd. in Milford, to provide information on their upcoming Culinary Cruise on the brand new ss Koningsdam, featuring local restauranteur, Carol Gloria. The cruise sets sail from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. on Jan. 29, 2017 and returns on Feb. 5.

More than 24 people attended the event to learn more about this 7-night Culinary Cruise to the Caribbean which features a Culinary Arts Center by Food & Wine magazine and a new Chateau St. Michelle Wine Tasting Center called Blend, where guests can learn about different grape varietals and blend their own bottle of wine.
Attendees heard from Brian Roxbee, director of business development at Holland America Line, about the new ship and viewed a video and pictures of the ship from Brian’s recent sailing onboard the Koningsdam. Raffle gifts included a gift certificate to La Famiglia Vincenzo, and specialty items from Holland America, including a vintage clock and plush bathrobe.
Carol Gloria, owner of La Famiglia Vincenzo, will host a Culinary Demonstration and Wine Tasting in the new Culinary Arts Center on board the Jan. 29, 2017 sailing of the ss Koningsdam to the Eastern Caribbean sailing from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. to Half Moon Cay (Holland America’s private island in the Bahamas), Grand Turk, St. Thomas and San Juan. Karen Quinn-Panzer and Frank Panzer, co-owners of Dream Vacations of Milford have organized the group cruise and invite anyone to sign up and enjoy the new ship and the included culinary demonstration by Carol Gloria.
