HARTFORD, CT- Senator Gayle Slossberg’s “Fraud Watch” event with the AARP and Milford Police was rescheduled from May 12 to June 28. Shoreline residents are encouraged to mark their calendars for the new date: Tuesday, June 28th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm. The event will still be held at the Milford Senior Center, 9 Jepson Drive.

Senator Slossberg, the Connecticut AARP and the Milford Police Department will host an interactive discussion to help area residents identify scams and learn valuable techniques to prevent themselves from becoming victims of fraud.
The event on June 28 will be free and open to the public.
