The Happiness Hut held a ribbon-cutting today Feb. 8 at its new location in Milford. The space, under owner Danielle Rathey, offers help with special education support, Section 504 educational plans, performance anxiety for musicians and dancers and goal attainment coaching for children, teens and adults. Rathey is a life coach who works within a school of psychology that focuses on happiness rather than tragedy.
