Milestones Behavioral Services announced Aug. 19 the hiring of two directors at the not-for-profit based in Milford and Orange.
Milestones, which employs more than 250 employees, is a special education and support organization that provides services throughout Connecticut, across the country and internationally.
Both positions are new to the growing organization. Theresa Bollmann, of Old Saybrook, is the director of human resources and Andrew Aschettino, of Branford, is the controller for the not-for-profit, which currently operates from four locations.
Bollmann has over 25 years of experience working for public, private and nonprofit organizations and comes to Milestones after a long career in human resources management with Dunbar Armored, Inc. She is an active member of many professional organizations, including the Society of Human Resource Management.
A financial and accounting professional for 16 years, Aschettino has held positions of increased responsibility within the AIG Corporation and Yale before joining Milestones.
Milestones is entering its third decade of providing education and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As CCCD, Milestones launched the first school in Connecticut based on Applied Behavioral Analysis for children with autism. Today, Milestones works with individuals and their families, from 12 months to adult, and offers two campus school for ages 3-21, a daycare and inclusive preschool, early intensive ABA and advanced intervention and feeding clinics, multicultural programs, parent training, ABA global access, consultation in public school and at-home, outreach for first responders, medical and community groups, consultancy on ABA strategies and OBM consulting.
