The City of Milford’s Department of Economic and Community Development allocates the Community Development Block Grant Program monies received from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to eligible buyers, residents and businesses in Milford to the following programs annually: the single family residential repair program for eligible homeowners; the multi-family residential repair program for eligible property owners/tenants; the first time homebuyer program for eligible applicants buying in Milford; and the micro-enterprise assistance program to eligible Milford business owners with five or fewer employees.
