Milford had the second-highest total of voters casting a ballot early in the first municipal elections in which they had the ability to do so, according to data from the Secretary of State’s office.
Milford had 4,414 votes cast by the time early voting ended on Nov. 2, putting it just behind Stratford next door, which topped the list with 4,743 early votes cast.
Over 170,000 early votes were cast statewide.
Early voting in Connecticut debuted last year during the presidential election.
Election Day is Nov. 4.
