Officers were dispatched to the area of Marsh Hill Road to investigate a dispute. Officers learned that a group of people were traveling on I-95 near Orange when an argument ensued amongs the vehicle’s occupants. The vehicle pulled off the highway onto Marsh Hill Road, where one of the occupants was forcibly removed from the vehicle by another passenger. The vehicle then left the party stranded on Marsh Hill Road. The officers’ investigation led to the discovery of a pellet gun inside the motor vehicle; it was owned by the arrestee, who was also the person who forced the original complainant out of the vehicle.
