The Orange Police Department is asking the public for assistance in identifying a robbery suspect. Officers responded to a call from the Webster Bank at 247 Boston Post Road at 10:59 a.m., on July 31.
Police described the suspect as a black or Hispanic male wearing jeans, a baseball cap and a light-colored shirt. Officers report that the suspect approached a teller and allegedly demanded money.
The suspect did not display or imply a weapon.
He left the bank with an undetermined amount of money and fled on foot in a westerly direction toward the Firelight plaza.
