Orange-based Colonial Properties represented the landlord in the recent leasing of two commercial buildings in town.
Broker Gary Bellard represented the landlord Khiman and Vandana Pursnani in the leasing of a 4,156 square-foot retail building on 1.06 acres located at 175 Boston Post Rd. to Southern CT Wellness & Healing for a five-year lease term. The tenant, which will be the town’s first and only cannabis dispensary, is occupying the site of a former TD bank and expects to open this fall. The tenant was represented by Jon Angel with Angel Commercial.
Bellard also represented landlord Leveraged Equities in the leasing of 5,000 square feet of retail space located at 464 Boston Post Rd., formerly the location of Prime 16 restaurant, to Sayori Restaurant for a five-year lease term. Savori expects to open in September. The tenant was represented by Caroline Chao with Calgagni Real Estate.
