The Board of Directors of the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce are seeking nominations for their Annual Awards Luncheon to be held on January 25, 2017 at Grassy Hill Country Club. We value your input and look forward to your nominations. Award criteria is listed below:
BUSINESS PERSON(S) OF THE YEAR
The Business Person(s) of the year will be presented to an individual who has undertaken a successful business venture which has directly had a positive influence on some segment of Milford’s business community.
DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR
The Director of the Year Award will be presented to a Director of the Milford Chamber who has shown outstanding leadership or vision in a specific area or overall has been consistent in his/her performance.
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to an individual for their tireless work on behalf of the Milford business community.
HUMAN SERVICE AWARD
The Human Service Award will be presented to an individual who has demonstrated care and concern for people in need and has offered unselfish service.
COMMUNITY’S FUTURE AWARD
To be awarded to a person in grammar, middle or high school for their contribution to the Milford Community.
RISING STAR AWARD
To be awarded to a young executive, professional, or business owner for their contribution to the Milford business community.
MILFORD CHAMBER ENVIROMENTAL EXCELLENCE AWARD
It will be presented to a business entity exhibiting environmentally friendly business practices and theory.
CORPORATE HERITAGE AWARD
To be awarded to a business entity in recognition of their contribution to Milford over an extended period of time.
HEALTH & WELLNESS COUNCIL
To be awarded to a business or individual in the health industry that has made exceptional contributions to the community, through either constant or expansion of health services or volunteer contributions.
COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION AWARD
To be awarded to an individual or business in recognition of their aesthetic contribution to the Milford Community.
