Just in time for summer reading season, the Friends of the Milford Library will hold a book sale outside the main lobby doors of the Milford Public Library on Saturday, June 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (or until the books sell out, whichever happens first).
The Summer Reading Book Sale will offer a large selection of children’s books geared to all ages. New this year is the addition of adult trade paperbacks.
All books are in pristine condition and priced at $2 apiece. All proceeds raised at the sale are used to fund children’s and adult programs, museum passes and library expenses not covered by the city budget.
The Milford Library is located at 57 New Haven Ave. in Milford. In case of rain, the sale will be moved indoors to the library’s program room.
