Holy Infant Church, 450 Racebrook Road, will celebrate a “Blue Mass” on Sept., 29 at 7 p.m. This is a special ceremony honoring those who currently serve, or have served in the Police and Fire departments of Orange, Milford, Woodbridge, and West Haven.
