Two people were transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital on Friday Feb. 5, following an assault on Mulberrry Lane according to Orange Police.

Officers responded to the private residence at 1:18 p.m. They say the victim and suspect were known to each other and were both transported to the hospital.
The victim was reported to have serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police said there is no ongoing threat to the community.
As of Friday, the identities were being withheld as the investigation is ongoing.
