Woodbridge residents can now schedule appointments for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program, administered by TEAM Inc., by contacting Human Services Department social worker Judi Young at 203-389-3429. Income eligibility requirements apply. Appointments will officially begin on Sept. 15.
