The Case Memorial Library in Orange will host a sound bath and meditative art workshop on Monday, July 27 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The session is meant to quiet the mind with a restorative sound healing journey using gongs and singing bowls, followed by calming process art with watercolor and ink. Release stress, explore creativity and reconnect with stillness in this meditative, no-pressure experience.
