The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Orange will hold a Blue Christmas Service on Sunday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. In the midst of joy and the anticipation of the holiday season, the service sets aside a time to acknowledge the darkness of the loss and pain that are present in our lives. For some, the loss is new and immediate; for others, the loss is well-worn with time’s passing. Come to 680 Racebrook Rd. for this contemplative, peaceful service, creating a space for memories that may seem out of place this season. All are welcome.
