Cub Scouts Wash Cars In Orange

Cub Scout Pack 922 of Orange held a car wash on July 30 at the Orange Firehouse at 355 Boston Post Rd. The Orange Volunteer Fire Department hosted the event, and Town Fair Tire donated supplies. Scouts washed nearly 100 cars and, according to at least one customer, provided the “best carwash” they ever had. The pack also hosted a picnic where scouts ate hot dogs, spent time with their friends and played frisbee golf. The pack will be holding a recruitment event when school starts up in September.
