The Downtown Milford Business Association is hosting its 11th annual Wine Trail, inviting attendees to say farewell to summer with a foodie-friendly stroll through downtown, all while benefiting The United Way of Milford.

The Wine Trail takes place on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and is the unofficial kickoff to the fall season in downtown Milford. Participating boutiques and businesses open their doors and serve up pours of an assortment of wines, accompanied by tastings from Milford restaurants and eateries.

“It’s a great way to get to know your community in a fun and festive way,” said DMBA president Tracy Bonosconi. “All our participating businesses look forward to this event – and it’s our most popular of the year. It brings friends together, showcases the downtown businesses, and helps local Milford families in need. What’s not to love?”

After purchasing tickets in advance, attendees begin the trail at the DMBA booth located in front of The Milford Bank at 33 Broad St. Attendees will receive a wine glass and a map of Wine Trail stops. Tickets are $45 and the proceeds are a direct donation to The United Way of Milford.
