Milford and Orange will host several events commemorating Memorial Day this year.
Milford will place flags on graves at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Milford Cemetery and Kings Highway Cemetery on Saturday, May 23 at 8 a.m.
The following day, there will be a wreath-laying ceremony at 9:45 a.m. at Milford City Hall. The city’s Memorial Day parade will step off from the Parsons Government Complex at 2 p.m. the same day.
Orange will host a Memorial Day ceremony and parade on Sunday, May 24 at 10:30 a.m. The parade will begin at High Plains Community Center and travel down Orange Center Road.
