The Milford Police Department issued a statement that they are investigating the disappearance of a 17-year-old woman last seen on Saturday.

Sonya Collins, 17 year old female was last seen on December 10, 2016 at her residence in Milford and possible may have been heading to the East Hartford/ Waterbury area.
Collins was last seen wearing a blue winter jacket, black pants and boots and is described as a tall black female, 5’7, approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
