Pollinator Pathway, Milford will host a a free showing of the film, The Extraordinary Caterpillar, and talk about how private and public spaces can become pollinator habitats in the program room at the Milford Public Library on Tuesday, Aug. 25 at 6:30 p.m.
In the film, ecologist Dr. Doug Tallamy, co-founder of @homegrownnationalpark, reveals the vital role caterpillars play in supporting biodiversity. These tiny creatures are the engine of food webs – feeding birds, supporting pollinators and helping ecosystems thrive.
Prior to the film screening, Pollinator Pathways will host free crafts under the Fowler Pavilion from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
